A brand audit is an ideal next step if you’d like to improve your brand in some way, whether that’s the overall look, the website, social channel success, but you perhaps don’t know where to start in order to get the fastest growth. 

I can take a look at various areas of your brand and provide you with a document of advice to help propel you to that next level. 

What is a brand audit?

A brand audit is where I take an overview of your brand, including the overall impression in visuals, tone-of-voice, website analysis, social media channels and all areas of consumer interaction. I will assess these areas along with members of my team in their specialist areas, so that we can find some key areas of improvement to help you. 

These audits can also be specific to certain areas, for example you may want an Instagram or website specific audit. 

This is perfect for those with an established company, looking to take next steps but are in need of some guidance and recommendations. The audit is presented in person or on a call, and the PDF document is then sent to you after to read in your own time. You may then like to hire myself or one of my team to carry out certain areas for you, or work on the audit suggestions yourself.

BRAND AUDIT FOR AN INDEPENDENT PHYSIOTHERAPY COMPANY

Vicki came to me unsure what she needed. Essentially the goals was more customers through the door.

We spoke for 2 or 3 hours in person. Vicki enjoyed the visual exercises I presented and we  discussed her brand in detail including her competition, customers, values, personality and future goals.

Following this meeting I presented a 40 page document. They included improving the booking process for a better and shorter customer journey, website landing page improvements, small tweaks to the colours to ensure they passed the colour contrast checkers online for accessibility, and the overall clinic customer experience from the interior design to new community events and services that align with the brand values. 

Vicki felt a renewed sense of motivation and excitement for the company. Having just completed this audit we continue to be in touch so I can help her with the follow through.
